DIETZ-metall develops in close collaboration with the leading companies in the automotive industry, manufacturer of electric powered tools and lightweight parts in aluminium and magnesium die castings.
We provide as a system supplier qualified consulting already in the planning stage as well as up to date test and development possibilities Furthermore, this guarantees a continues improvement until your product is ready for production

In our factory we produce aluminium and magnesium die castings with cold chamber process up to a shot weight of 4kg. Our machinery in operation has a clamping force of 220t to 700t.
Scope of supply: System supplier, Ready to assemble, Components, development of prototypes, Flash removal, Vibratory grinding, Sand blasting, Standard surfaces (chrome, powder coating, Anodising Division, liquid varnishing,….), CNC machining
