FUMO-OSTRZESZOW Sp. z o. o.
Our enterprise is a private company which continues the 25-year tradition of clutch and brake production in Ostrzeszów, Poland. The company was established in 1993. We employ a highly qualified staff of over a hundred and have our own research and development base.
We manufacture a wide range of controllable clutches and brakes used in machines and appliances in various branches of industry. We also cooperate with major German enterprises in this regard.
In order to guarantee high quality of our products and meet our customer's needs, we implement the ISO-9001:2000 quality system confirmed by a certificate obtained from DQS.
Range of services offered by FUMO–Ostrzeszow:
1. Machining:
• Turning: Dmax = 560 mm; Lmax = 900 mm; weight max 100 kg
• Milling: Lmax = 1000 mm; Smax = 1000 mm; H max = 1000 mm; weight max 500 kg
• Straight teeth chiselling: Dmax = 500 mm; Lmax = 90 mm; module mmax = 5
• Grinding of holes: Dmax = 120 mm; Lmax = 160 mm; weight max 25 kg
• Grinding of shafts: Dmax = 150 mm, Lmax = 500 mm; weight max 25 kg
• Locksmithery and fitting, including the winding of coils of self-baking wire:
coil wire dimensions: D=0,15÷1,40
coil dimensions Dotw 25÷200; L = 10 ÷ 80 mm
2. Heat Treatment:
• Hardening of pieces in the electric tunnel furnace with ZAS III protective atmosphere piece flank
Lmax = 450 mm lub D max = 450 mm; thickness 0,5 ÷ 6,0 mm; weight max 4 kg
• Annealing, hardening, tempering in furnaces without protective atmosphere SQ310
• Induction hardening with UNITERMA–60 system
3. Thermochemical Treatment:
• carburizing
4. Chemical Treatment:
• phosphating of pieces coat thickness 0,003 ÷ 0,005 mm
• blacking
5. Plastic working:
• die shearing, stamping, tonnage capacity of the press: 16; 100; 400 tonnes
6. Tool Shop Work:
• Manufacture of technical instrumentation
• Manufacture of plastic working instrumentation: blanking dies, stamping dies, etc.
