Company description

In 1961, Hubert Bulach in Baden-Württemberg Gammertingen the company Hubert Bulach, arts and crafts metal goods. Over the years, the company was restructured to supply work in the stamping and welding area. A consequent expansion was then 1986, the own tool and die making.

Meanwhile, the complete tube processing is possible.

Flexibility, reliability and high quality are the hallmarks of our company in the field of sheet metal and tube machining and tool making.

Punching - Bending - Pull

On several eccentric presses and hydraulic, CNC-controlled punching and stamping press with die cushion, we manufacture parts according to drawings, samples or customer with a press capacity to 200 tons and a clamping area of ​​1000x1200 mm.

Furthermore there is a controlled press brake for bending sheet metal parts up to 4mm thickness and 2000mm length.

Further processing such as surface treatment, welding, riveting and assembly to the finished part, we like to take over for you.

MIG - MAG & TIG

For precise and high-quality welds, a welding robot is used.

In addition, we have the possibility of producing welds on bends or angles bows with a controlled rotary welding table.

Bolts and spot welding operations are also carried out at us.

Rohrbiegetechnik

After drawing, sample or customer specification, we turn your pipes up to diameter 42x2mm and a length of 4 m on a CNC controlled pipe bending machine.
Further processing measures such as end form, punching or welding are also carried out by us.

Toolmaking

Tool designs in 2-D and 3-D area are created according to customer specifications, parts drawings or information from us.

All popular file formats can be read.
The connection of all machines to the CAD / CAM system allows for flexible and efficient manufacturing of tools.
