We are a medium-size exempt private company and have experience for many years in the plastics processing. Our company is in the beautiful sour country in North-Rhine/Westphalia between Siegen and Dortmund directly to A45. Our products are customized articles from thermoplastic plastics of all industries (e.g. automobile, sanitary, cosmetics, household, mechanical engineering, electrical industry, garden,…), as well as the complex building groups installed from it with accessories. We exclusively work as suppliers and have no own product program. We stand for experience of many years within the range coupled with a competent young team for new ideas, with dynamics and high flexibility beyond that profit we from our the plastics processing. Beside well-arranged production, assembly to complex building group and printing of their articles on in our house, we co-operate with very competent partners, which paint, metallize and chromium plating their products! For the preparation of their tools we co-operate likewise only also highly competent partners. The maintenance and smaller repairs are accomplished in our house in the own tool construction at our expense! We have parts with Shot weight jet moulding machines within the closing force range of 250 kN to 2700 kN, with those con approx. 0,1gr. to approx. 450 gr. fully automatic to be produced can. We process all thermoplastic plastics, how e.g. PP, PE, POM, PVC, ABS, Surlyn, PA6.6,…, in addition we can supplement all finished plastics with all usual filling and reinforcement materials! In our modern automatic warehouse we have to store additionally possibilities created their products well-arranged and normal! It belongs to our enterprise principles to orient our acting at the requirements of our customers to react competently and flexibly to customer needs our service concerning the time and cost factor for the customer to optimize and highest Qualitätsanferderungen fulfill! The Meinhardus-plastic technology team will also create in future the necessary conditions to the quality assurance of the services of the enterprise and seize additional necessary measures when required immediately.
