The G.W.P. AG (G.W.P. Inc.) is your across-the-method manufacturing service provider of choice for mechanical metal or plastic components. In addition to die casting (aluminium, zinc, magnesium) and plastic injection we offer all machining methods such as lathing, drilling, milling and grinding as well as metal sheet forming plus all common surface treatments. If desired, we provide complete subassemblies according to your requirements or even the waste package including packaging. In doing so, we go back to our network of qualified subcontractors as well as our own production facilities in China. In order to guarantee our high quality standards, our quality assurance department on site is permanently under the direction of a German engineer. We focus on manufacturing processes with relatively high basic costs such as mold costs. We offer enormous saving capacities especially for small and medium sized mass production series by outsourcing labor-intensive processes to China. We offer all necessary production steps as well as the production of complete subassemblies or waste packages and thus remarkably lower your production cost. We are a medium-size exempt private company and have experience for many years in the plastics processing. Our company is in the beautiful sour country in North-Rhine/Westphalia between Siegen and Dortmund directly to A45. Our products are customized articles from thermoplastic plastics of all industries (e.g. automobile, sanitary, cosmetics, household, mechanical engineering, electrical industry, garden,…), as well as the complex building groups installed from it with accessories. We exclusively work as suppliers and have no own product program. We stand for experience of many years within the range coupled with a competent young team for new ideas, with dynamics and high flexibility beyond that profit we from our the plastics processing. Beside well-arranged production, assembly to complex building group and printing of their articles on in our house, we co-operate with very competent partners, which paint, metallize and chromium plating their products! For the preparation of their tools we co-operate likewise only also highly competent partners. The maintenance and smaller repairs are accomplished in our house in the own tool construction at our expense! We have parts with Shot weight jet moulding machines within the closing force range of 250 kN to 2700 kN, with those con approx. 0,1gr. to approx. 450 gr. fully automatic to be produced can. We process all thermoplastic plastics, how e.g. PP, PE, POM, PVC, ABS, Surlyn, PA6.6,…, in addition we can supplement all finished plastics with all usual filling and reinforcement materials! In our modern automatic warehouse we have to store additionally possibilities created their products well-arranged and normal! It belongs to our enterprise principles to orient our acting at the requirements of our customers to react competently and flexibly to customer needs our service concerning the time and cost factor for the customer to optimize and highest Qualitätsanferderungen fulfill! Components and subassemblies
Our production is set up for manufacturing components and subassemblies in order quantities from 50 to 50’000 articles. This allows us to react promptly and flexibly to your requirements.
We focus on processing sheet metal, varying in thickness from 1 to 6 mm, coils up to 400 mm wide. We operate three automatic feed presses with a pressure range from 630 to 2000 kN. For separate operations, presses varying from 100 to 1600 kN in force are available.
Stamping, bending and progressive dies are mostly designed and produced in our own tool making shop.
Use our competence as supplier or outsourcing partner. Simplify your purchasing process by buying assemblies or ready to be sold components.

Mechanics
In addition to our sheet metal capacities we also produce milled and lathed parts.
CNC automatic lathes produce complex parts from a diameter of 4 to 36 mm. We operate mechanical automatic lathes for parts with simple geometry. Chuck parts up to 160 mm we manufacture on machines with driven tools.
Our machine tools produce parts up to 1800x400x400, our 3-, 4- and 5-axis Machining centers are equipped with pendulum adjustment, pallet exchanger, tool magazines up to 60 tools and measuring probes.
For quality assurance 3D measuring equipment is available in-house. All CNC controls are linked into the company network. Programming of the machines is done with NX CAM Express.
