Components and subassemblies
Our production is set up for manufacturing components and subassemblies in order quantities from 50 to 50’000 articles. This allows us to react promptly and flexibly to your requirements.
We focus on processing sheet metal, varying in thickness from 1 to 6 mm, coils up to 400 mm wide. We operate three automatic feed presses with a pressure range from 630 to 2000 kN. For separate operations, presses varying from 100 to 1600 kN in force are available.
Stamping, bending and progressive dies are mostly designed and produced in our own tool making shop.

Mechanics
In addition to our sheet metal capacities we also produce milled and lathed parts.
CNC automatic lathes produce complex parts from a diameter of 4 to 36 mm. We operate mechanical automatic lathes for parts with simple geometry.
Chuck parts up to 160 mm we manufacture on machines with driven tools.
Our machine tools produce parts up to 1800x400x400, our 3-, 4- and 5-axis
Machining centers are equipped with pendulum adjustment, pallet exchanger, tool magazines up to 60 tools and measuring probes.
For quality assurance 3D measuring equipment is available in-house. All CNC controls are linked into the company network. Programming of the machines is done with NX CAM Express.
