Making of customize drawings from samples, translations of client’s documents and drawings in Chinese language and standards;

Selection of the most suitable manufacturer to produce the customer s order;

Supervision of quality and time management beginning on the shop floor in the manufactory until shipping;

Issue inspection reports like initial sample test report, test certificate and material testing report;

Module assemblage in our own assembly shop;

Warehouse service, handling of the exporting procedures and shipping including door to door service;

Our focus is on turning, milling, sheet metal bending, stamping and casting metal parts, plastic injection moulding parts, springs and module assemblage. We also supply components for staircase manufacturers like railings.

The selection of our suppliers follows strict regulations. We only contract suppliers who are able to meet the high requirements of our customers. Furthermore, we pay attention that the manufacturing process takes place in a safe and non-polluting environment. The contracted suppliers have to continuously strive to improve all processes in close cooperation with us.

1. Organization of manufacturing and assembly in China. We co-operate with a pre-selected factory in Shanghai in the field of Tooling and plastic injection molding. This Factory has quality certifications (ISO9001, 2000). Since 1997 our toolshop developed itself as a specialist in export of high quality tools and tools for production in our own factory.

2. Of course we deliver prototypes at a very low rate with European quality standard. We made several CNC milled protoos and prototypes made out of silicone moulds. If needed we can also execute product engineering for you.
