Technology: Development and production of injection molded parts from plastic materials, polymers, rubber and engineering plastics.
In the machinery you will find u.a. Injection molding machines for two-color and multi-component injection molding, we also have the patent for the UICEG process
In order to be able to offer our customers a ready-to-sell product, the devices of the manufacturing process were automated with the help of robots and manipulators and completed with equipment for decoration, cutting and packaging (blister packaging).
From the first approach to the planning, our customers are accompanied by professional third parties, if necessary also with graphic and 3D drawings (CAD-CAM), in order to obtain the desired product in the best possible way by means of appropriate material studies (if necessary a formulation for specific materials is developed). as well as the support in the production of the tools (molds and others) to be able to realize. The aim is to receive a handcrafted product that meets market and / or customer needs.
