Company description

FROM IDEAS TO SERIAL PRODUCTION

BUSSE Production offers state-of-the-art machinery and equipment in a 1,000 m² production facility in combination with outstanding experts and know-how to develop smart production models and prototypes and to handle the most demanding of small-batch production orders. With our extensive cross-industry experience, we complete all of the necessary processing steps under a single roof, steps ranging from drafting board sketches to early prototypes, to the final coat of paint.

We are more than just a modelling work shop. BUSSE Production is a part of the renommated design and engineering office BUSSE Design+Engineering. BUSSE has a profound expertise in the following areas: interface design, industrial design, engineering and prototyping and a holistic perspective of product development.

We perform all of the necessary processing down to the last coat of paint:

• Machining, both conventional and CNC on our own CNC milling machines
• CAM: programming and milling of freeform surfaces with multi-side machining
• Sheet metal processing, flow drilling and welding
• Coating / Paint (including special paints such as EMF, SoftTouch, Nextel, etc.)
• Grinding, polishing, surface refinement
• Multiple-material assemblies, rapid prototyping: SLS, STL, DLP, CUSING, etc.
• Injection molding (up to 180 g) for small series production, vacuum injection molding
• Casting in aluminum and magnesium
• Cast-resin-laminate technique, components made of fiber reinforced composites (GFRP, CFRP)

CNC contract manufacturing:
Thanks to its modern CNC machines, intelligent CAD-CAM programming and our own 1,000-square-meter machining facility, BUSSE is able to create complex freeform surfaces and parts in small lot sizes

Materials:
Plastics and non-ferrous metals of all kinds, aluminum, magnesium, brass

Surface finishing, subassembly production and product assembly:
Thanks to further in-house processing options, we also offer:
finishing & polishing, painting + powder coating, installation of kinematic functions, welding, assembly + functional testing, creation of complete prototypes

Mold design and construction for GFRP/CFRP and deep drawn parts:
cost and time savings thanks to the use of high performance thermoplastics in mold construction.

BUSSE production also offers the following advantages:

All products developed with us represent high function and design quality. To this day, we have received more than 400 awards.
