ZINC DIE-CASTING
With zinc, extremely filigree or thin-walled, technically high-quality parts can be cast and a very high degree of accuracy is achieved. In addition, zinc die-casting guarantees high productivity even with small quantities and, thanks to its durability, is a very interesting economic process.
At our location in Furtwangen, zinc die-cast parts with a part weight of up to 700 grams cast in die casting machines with a clamping force of 5 to 125 tons. With a maximum clamping area of 400 x 600 millimetres, we cast the alloy Z410.


MIM - Metal Injection Moulding
In series production, MIM opens up completely new technical possibilities - right up to highly complex geometries and always with optimised cost-effectiveness.
Cross holes, internal and external threads, gear teeth and surface structures are easily integrated into the component by MIM. The process combines the freedom of plastic injection moulding with the properties of metals. At REINER, a selection of low-alloy and stainless steels is used here.


PRECISION CUTTING with forming technology
In the field of precision stamping and forming technology REINER offers a range of processes and technologies for high-precision stamped and bent parts. Fine punching, hydraulic bending processes, NC punching or NC bending are as much a part of this as laser cutting.


ASSEMBLY SERVICES
Thanks to our expertise and range of services as a specialist component manufacturer, we can also process complete assemblies, partially assembled assemblies, components, system assemblies and assembled individual components for you. A unique selling point of REINER in component assembly is the vertical range of manufacture, which starts with the sketch plan if required. In the in-house development center, engineers are available at CAD stations to work out plans and transfer them seamlessly into the production of the components.
