Injection moulds
• Fill analysis with Mold Flow: analysis of weld lines and stresses
• Selection of the ideal mould concept
• Thermal analysis of the product: distortion and dimensional stability
• Mould design in 2D and 3D
• Definition of the required process monitoring: sensors and scanning systems such as HB-Therm Flow or Kistler pressure sensors • Mould production in Germany or with worldwide partners • In-house mouldmaking
From the preliminary sample through to series production
• Product support from the first-off tool parts until handover to series production: tests, samples, changes, assembly trials, automation
• Verification of process capability
• Comprehensive testing options due to in-house laboratory and measurement & test room
• Revision of the process FMEA: Feedback to the design phase
• Clearing and start of series production: Presentation of the initial samples with test reports
