Company description

Our production is divided into the areas of mass production and small series.

The individual areas are internally managed as profit centers to ensure a high flexibility and short response times.

Production and logistics are consistently oriented methods according to the Lean management.
Implemented production controlled in our Hubert production system in which, for example, by Kanban and the material is provided by a milk run.

Series production:

Our strongest sales department - mass production - is divided into three areas. The individual areas are handled internally as a professional center to ensure high flexibility and short response times.


Complete machining of rotationally symmetrical parts

In the first area rotationally symmetrical parts are manufactured to customer specifications.
The turning diameter is able to move between 10 and 250 mm, the majority of our turning centers is also equipped with C-and Z-axes, so that simultaneous milling is possible.With a batch size from 500 to 100,000 pieces we are to beat the effectiveness hardly.
Also, hard-machining of turned parts on our machines without any problems

Production of linear guide elements

The second division produces linear guide elements in gray cast iron and steel.
Here is the highest precision for general engineering.
The products are fully managed by us. Starting from the cast blank through to shipping the finished part.
Short delivery times mean for the customer that the
Storage can be reduced.

Drilling and threading specialist

Our third area that specializes in drilling and threading.
The team provides fasteners for the
Automotive industry and components for linear motion ago.
