Challenge:

Producing of long precise part with hundreds of deep holes drilled in different angles and milling of different shapes over a long length.

Solution:

We needed to develop our own clamping device for rotary table to be able to mill and drill long parts in various angles and shapes.

Special feature:

Using this clamping device, we are able to produce wide range of different and difficult long parts, which give us big opportunities on market.

Guide bushing

Challenge:

Very tight tolerances and superior surface roughness in all grooves.

Solution:

We had to use antidamping tools and special measurement equipment, which need to be ordered directly for this job.

Special feature:

With using of antidamping tools, we acquired skills suitable for future projects. Now we are able to offer more difficult parts similar to this one.

Eccentric shaft

Challenge:

This was very important job for us and it is one of the most important part in our production and we are very proud of it. The main challenge was to produce very precise shaft with tight tolerances and eccentric inner and outer diameters.

Solution:

It took a longer time to find the way how to pruduce such precise shaft with perfect quality together with big eccentricity. We found the way in combination of machining on vertical lathe and milling centre together with clamping system developed by us.

Special feature:

Our solution is unique in way, that we are producting these shafts with eccentricity of 16mm with runout and paralellism within 0,02mm in all dimensions and diameters. We had to use special clamping devices and tools developed by us.

Optic box

Challenge:

This part is one of the most precise parts what we produced. All dimensions and geometrical tolerances are withing 0,015mm.

Solution:

We produced the part on 5axis milling machine which have linear scales on all 5 axes and we are doing the special kinematic maintenance once per two weeks for perfect condition.

Special feature:

This solution is unique, because this part is used in optical devices in printing machines and need to be in prefect quality, what we achieved by using our most precision milling centre, special tools for aluminium and complicated production processes.

Housing

Challenge:

This part was perfect combination of turning and milling operations. We had to think about machining process longer time to eliminate all risks during cut off 80% of raw material during production.

Solution:

We had to do more production steps between each operations to solve problems with thermal and mechanical deformation.

Special feature:

There were many tight tolerances on dimensions and very tight geometrical tolerances on this part. We had to use special clamping solutions and added more machining steps to keep tolerances and best quality.
