Company description

ZARE is the ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION FACTORY, a service bureau dedicated to the production of ready-to-use objects which are manufactured combining 3D printing technologies with several essential services both before and after the printing process.

ZARE comes into play when industrial designers need to comprehend and evaluate the possible benefits that Additive Manufacturing can bring to their projects.

In addition to a first consultation regarding the choice of technology and material – a decision often guided by performance or aesthetics – Zare’s personnel makes it possible to carry out any project that can benefit from the new additive technologies for the industrial production.

The company is generally chosen by large industrial groups in fields like extreme motorsport, aerospace, automotive, Oil&Gas and automation; this is because the company combines two important features: certified results and secrecy.

Results are certified thanks to the compliance to the Aerospace EN 9100:2016 certification standards, both in terms of production processes and quality.
In order to respect and protect industrial secrecy, it is important to guarantee a short supply chain and that’s the reason why, even though we focus on the production of metal alloys, we make available 25 industrial grade machines which cover all the additive manufacturing technologies.
The flagship of our industrial plant is the XLINE 2000R for metal 3D printing, with a build chamber of 800x400x500mm.

A short supply chain means guaranteeing certified internal processes also for the activities that are beyond production.

Thus, our factory comprises 4 Mikron MILL P machining centers, furnaces for heat treatments, a metrology laboratory, a quality control department, an analytical laboratory, two departments where components can be hand-finished and, last but not least, the Additive Team: more than 40 people highly specialized in industrial additive manufacturing.
