Company description

BAUR METAL TECHNOLOGY is a medium-sized family, the ever-located since 1980 in the expansion. The company founder Manfred Baur stood at the beginning two employees to the side.
Due to the development of the company moved in 1997 from Weissach im Tal-break after Unteraspach, the original 250 m2 production area were tripled in a new building. In several stages, the production area was expanded to today 2000 m2. The current MB-team of 10 employees leads customer orders still just as promptly and flexibly through, like 20 years ago.

The metal is still the core business of Markus Baur. By investing in machinery that Leistungssprektrum is constantly being expanded.

Products:
We produce samples of parts, small-medium series in the area turning milling drilling, turn (10 mm to 80 mm and a length of 650 mm), mill (10 mm to 1 560 mm, width 10 mm to 750 mm, height 2 mm to 750 mm Speed ���​up to 10 000 1/min).
The production of steel, aluminum and V2A modules on our 3D welding hole table length 50 mm x width 50 mm height 50 mm, up to 2500 mm wide x 2500 mm high x 12 500 mm long, with partial machining CNC and lacquering in our paint shop ev mounting.

We can weld steel, aluminum andn V2A TIG, MAG welding workshop DIN 18800 part 7, our authorization for the production of oil-bottom trays according to WHG § 19I is up to date

Steel sheet blanks of 1.5 mm to 10 mm (to a length of 3000 mm / V2A 1.5 mm to 6.0 mm to 3000 mm.)

Our paint shop was extended and modernized in 2008, the painting of small parts (width 100 mm x High 100 mm x length 100 mm) and machine components, cabinets, furniture, truck vintage cars, trucks, containers, machinery, etc. is available with different coating processes possible, eg : spray gun, Ayrlis high and low pressure possible (Dimensions: Width 4000 mm Height 3700 mm Length 12 500 mm).

We manufacture special-tow bars for cars and trucks with TÜV certificate seit1998. - Gantry crane up to 4.5 T, forklifts from 1.5 to 6.0 tons. -
At the programming station DXF files can be edited.
