Company description

At our sites in Kornwestheim,and Mosbach we manufacture technical plastic injection molded parts both in large series with annual quantities of over 1 million pieces and small series with annual quantities of 1000 pieces. Efficient production lines always guarantee you the best price. The required injection molds are manufactured in our own mold shop or ordered from our network of German and Chinese mold makers. Metal parts to be overmolded are mostly purchased from our sister company located 30km away. Our customers therefore receive their plastic parts directly from one source.

On modern plastic injection molding machines we produce plastic injection molded parts from all thermoplastic materials with a weight of less than one gram up to 3kg. As an injection molding specialist, we process almost all conceivable plastics for the production of technical plastic parts. A high degree of automation of our injection molding process allows us to produce molded parts in small, medium as well as large quantities within our injection molding shop. A large portion of the injection molding machines are equipped with robotic systems and material feed conveyors.


Machinery:

We use only high-quality ARBURG and DEMAG injection molding machines for the production of your plastic parts. In total, we have access to a capacity of more than 25 injection molding machines. Injection molded parts can be produced with a part weight of 0.1g to 3000g. Injection molding machines are available for this purpose at the Kornwestheim, and Mosbach locations with clamping forces of 20- to 1300-tons.

Injection molding materials:

We can process almost any plastic material ("molding compound") in our injection molding machines. All common raw materials, such as ABS, PA, PE, PP, PET, PMMA, PC, POM, PS, ASA, SAN, TPE (in various shore hardnesses) but also high-performance plastics such as PEEK, PVDF, PSU as well as bioplastics and WPC (wood-plastic compounds) with wood content of up to 70%.

Of course, all individual colorings are possible as well as the equipment with various additives (UV resistance, antistatic, etc.), fillers (glass fiber or glass ball) and of course also in V0 equipment (fire protection and glow wire resistance).
