Company Profile

Bostec is a Hong Kong Enterprise company and established since 1993 to specialize in mould design, manufacture, plastic injection and product development. In year 2000, the company moved to China-Dongguan to take advantage of the economic climate there. For over a decade of expansion, our company has achieved the recognition of being an international professional plastic mould producer for our customers from Europe and Asia Pacific regions.

Bostec has many years of industry experience. The staff have a consummate wealth of experience in mold design and process arrangements; and we have a complete range of plant machinery and equipment, with all kinds of mold processing equipment, such as: wire cut machines, precision surface grinding machines, semi-automatic grinder and vertical milling machines EDM and CNC machines, etc. We have strict and high-standard quality inspection equipments, such as: 50 times projectors, microscopes, a high degree of instrument rules, and a rigorous quality assurance program.

Product design
Bostec use professional software such as Pro-Engineer, Solidworks， AutoCad and UG etc. Customers can provide the 2D or 3D drawings in DXF, DWG format, and our professional engineers will offer the mould layout for customers’ further discussion within the short period of time.
