Company description

Our company was founded on 02.05.1960 as a toolmaking company.
In 1978, the production of stamped parts was recorded. We work up to 70% for the automotive industry.
Our tools are manufactured in our own tool itself.

There are punching machines of 25 tons. up to 250 t. available.
We use aluminum and stainless steel band, both bare and galvanized, up to a width of 500 mm and thickness of 4 mm.

We are manufacturer of stamped and formed cold formable from all materials up to a thickness of 5mm.

The tools, fixtures and special machines required for production can be manufactured in our modern tooling itself. It composite tools have already been made up to a size of 1600 x 900 mm.
In addition, is also imported wage work in the field of wire erosion. The preparation of 4-axis wire EDM programs is possible in our home.

For the production of stamped and formed parts are available to us in addition to various stamping presses Eccentric presses from 25 to 250 to pressure force.

It will all be cold-processed materials up to a width of 500 mm and a thickness of 3.5 mm. The introduction of pierce nuts in the progressive die is possible.


Feeding for punching pin punch and nuts is available.

The necessary tools can be produced in our own tool.
