Company description
For more than 20 years, the business owner Matthias Breunig active in the field of machine and plant construction. Including 14 years as a technical manager in motorsport.
In 2004 he founded mb prototype eK. Through the manufacture of individual parts in motor sports the additional division prototype and tool has been created.

Due to our extensive machinery, it is possible for us, as well as all production fields cover.

Here is an overview of our range of services:

Milling:
In CNC milling, we can process up to the following dimensions: X 1300, Y 800 and Z 900 mm

Welding:
We manufacture steel, stainless steel and aluminum weldments in TIG and MAG region with high precision.

Forming:
During forming, we can use tools up to a size of B: 1000 mm, D: 900 mm, H: 900 mm block, which can be a pressing force up to 400 tons operated.It produces items as well as smaller series.

Installation work of individual components to complete systems are also conducted by us.

In the field of engineering offers mb following services:

• manufacturing of complete assemblies (axle systems) for production
• parts production in conventional as well as 3D milling
• jigs and fixtures
• welding in protective gas field (MAG) as well as in the aluminum sector and stainless (TIG)
• site assembly work at home and abroad

In the area of tool and gauge offers mb following services:

• production of simple prototype tools for forming parts
• Gauge of simple visual and Abstecklehren to manufacturing of assembly and test systems for quality assurance and process optimization. Of course, we also assume the complete development of your teachings.
