Process-integrated solutions and products Schweißbau Handling

We develop, design and produce in terms of process integration with creative solutions in the areas Schweißbau and products handling. Among process integration we mean a procedure that includes the complete manufacturing and logistics process. Expensive, time-consuming and quality-reducing interfaces, oversizing and subsequent operations are largely avoided. We act workpiece in the gram range as certain as large parts weighing up to 15 t. Series parts in reproducible quality are possible as well as 1 piece solutions. All processing steps, we also offer as a contract manufacturer.

Large parts - Precision
To make the entire production process of a welding assembly or handling device from a cost, quality and schedule aspects optimally, we have modern equipment for machining. Our machining centers are equipped with up to 60-fold tool changer. Herewith we can with a size of up to 8 m x 3 m x to edit parts of 1,5 m and a weight of up to 15t. Also as a contract manufacturer we provide these processing options hesitate to

coating
To make the entire production process of a welding assembly or handling device from a cost, quality and schedule aspects optimally, we have a painting. This is configured and adapted to paint parts up to 12 m length for 1K and 2K liquid coatings. As a contract manufacturer we provide these editing options at your disposal. In powder coatings and other methods of surface treatment, we work with companies rennomierten surface technology.
