Company description
The Zaron precision parts Eberswalde GmbH is a company of the metalworking industry, was established in 2002 (slewing bearings through spin-off from the DRE / CON GmbH). By means of a new manufacturing process precision workpieces are individually manufactured according to the specifications and designs of our customers. This newly developed broaching method is patented and protected internationally.

Our customers are mainly in the areas of safety equipment, instrumentation, tools, and electrical engineering. Furthermore, we manufacture for companies in the automotive industry and its suppliers.

Toolmaking
Our in-house tool is used not only for its own broaching tools and devices, but also stands our customers with appropriate capacity.

Zaron employs a highly motivated and qualified staff, who has many years of experience in sophisticated metalworking.

Our innovative broaching method differs in many respects from the conventional spaces.The main difference is in the design of the tool. This consists of lined cutting plates, using shims gaps are created, each forming the chip chamber. All clamping stages are mounted in this way and connected by guide elements and fasteners to a stable Räumpaket. This simple geometrical construction of the cutting plates enables easy resharpening without special equipment.

Precision in tooling
The nuts and bolts when Zaron methods are the tools. The end product can only be a precision part, if there are already the tools. Is achieved the precision wire EDM machines. Corresponding to the finished contour of the finished part, the exact geometries of the individual cutting boards are fixed in the design and pass it directly to the machine for processing.

With our procedure can be produced virtually every conceivable profile contours, regardless of whether any serrations or symmetric or asymmetric contours.The design and manufacture of the tools is carried out by highly qualified personnel on CNC EDM machines in-house.

Our core business is the profiling of external contours in with the new broaching, including toolmaking. This process is in many cases an economical alternative to milling, planing and slotting of teeth and grooves or other profiles.
