WSK “PZL-Kalisz” is a joint-stock company (own capital is 85 mln PLN and paid-up capital is 45,86 mln PLN) operating on the basis of the Commercial Company Code. WSK „PZL-Kalisz” S.A. is the company of the essential importance for the Polish economy and is considered as part of the Polish Defence Industry Potential. As a result of the Company's restructuring process WSK "PZL- Kalisz" S.A. has extended its business into wide range of manufacturing programs and servicing activities including production of high pressure engine parts, oil pumps, gears, aircraft screw gears, turbochargers, push rods, pump housings and first of all crankshafts for high pressure engines. All these components require high precision machining in performing special requirements of its customers. Interested partners are always welcome. In 1999 the Company was awarded ISO 9001-2000 Certificate. In 2000 the Company was granted PART-145 Certificate. The following year – 2001, the Company attained PART-21G Certificate. In 2002 the Company was awarded AQAP-2110 Certificate. In 2004 WSK “PZL-Kalisz” S.A. was granted a license by The Polish Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration for manufacturing and trading products and equipment for military and police force application as well as transfer of technologies. In 2009 the Company was awarded AS 9100 Certificate.
