    Tectum GmbH was founded in Asbach-Bäumenheim (Bavaria, Germany) in 2009, and after the premature completion of the new factory building including the master offices in November 2009, tectum GmbH started production in the field of painting for the aviation industry. At tectum, mainly GFK / CFK components are painted as an "extended workbench" for the aviation industry. In order to serve not only aviation customers, another production hall for the powder coating sector was set up in 2011. Since the start of production, we have regularly been coating one of the world's largest manufacturers and suppliers of tractors and agricultural machines. In order to be able to optimally serve all customers - from large to private customers - Hall 2016 was expanded on the north side by a larger color bearing with adjacent compressor room. In 2013 the tectum company managed to build a nearly 700 m² large hall extension for the area of ​​wet lacquering. Here in the 11.10 mtr. Long and 5.10 mtr. Wide painting and drying booths with a hoistway system and a combi-dryer mainly metal components for the aviation sector. Our machinery consists of automated horizontal - cold-chamber IDRA die-casting machines, and the production takes place in casting cells. The machinery of La CIBEK permits the production die castings weighing from a few grams to 6 kilos, which are used in various fields: agriculture, measuring equipment, cleaning machines for industrial use, professional appliances, hydraulic industry, pneumatics, automation technology and GPL gas plants. The machinery of La CIBEK includes the following presses with cold chamber processes for the production of zamak and aluminum die casting parts : PRESSES - n. 1 IDRA-OL press 200 tons, - n. 1 IDRA-OL press 300 tons, - n. 1 IDRA-OL press 400 tons, - n. 1 IDRA-OL press 500 tons, - n. 1 IDRA-OL press 650 tons. TRIMMING PRESSES - n.1 DIESSE PRESS trimming press 20 tons, - n.1 DIESSE PRESS trimming press 25 tons, - n.1 TECNOPRESS trimming press 20 tons. La CIBEK die-casting works on two shifts. THE QUALITY OF THE DIE CASTING COMPONENT Since 15.05.09 the quality system of La CIBEK die casting is certified according to the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. On 22.11.11 La CIBEK received the environmental certification "Green Metal" by the Association "Comitato per la promoter registrazione EMAS del Distretto Industriale Valli Bresciane", in the European LIFE project ECCELSA 07 ENV/IT/00515 (Environmental Compliance based on Cluster Experiences and Local Sme-oriented Approaches).
