CNC machining ZAH is manufacturer of precision products. In our production range there are different types of soldering tips, screws, nuts, guide pins, studs, sockets, connections and a lot of other products. We can offer you production from very simple to very complicated products. As a base materials we use copper, brass, aluminium, and different types of stainless steel and steel. CNC machining performs on the most contemporary centers for automatic processing. For machine processing we use CNC lathes and milling machines of world brands as it is Citizen, Deckel MAHO and Doosan. Using the mentioned machines we can supply you products which maximal diameter is in range 4-32 mm. Respecting the european quality standards and using the high technologie, our qualified staff can offer you complete project construction. Our products are customized to your special requirements. Galvanization Galvanization is the electrochemical process of protecting metal by electrlysis (oxidation/ reduction process that occurs at the electrodes during the passage of electrical current through the electrlyte). Galvanizing assure product protection from corrosion and wearability. As a base materials for process of galvanization appropriate are: steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminium or ABS plastics. In the process of galvanizing, one or more extremely thin layers of only a few µm (1/1000 mm) are deposited onto the base material in the so-called galvanic cell. The product that is going to be coated is immersed into a metal salt solution (electrolytes) and connected with the negative pole (cathode) of a direct current source. The metal that is going to be deposited also enters the conductive bath in the form of anodes (positive pole) and as salt split into ions. Under current conduction, the metal ion that is going to be deposited goes into solution and is activated by the cathode, which represents the part and deposited there as a metal coating.     Once a small enterprise, which started with 3 employees and 4 old machines in 1997, STEVILA has grown into a company with a cutting-edge computerized machine pool that currently employs 135 persons. The company has three production divisions: CNC turning, CNC milling and assembly. STEVILA produces medium-sized batches from 10 to 1.000 pcs. as well as assembled products in small and large series. 95% of the output is exported to different Western Europe countries: Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, the Netherlands and Austria. The key customers and partners of the company include more than 60 international companies operating in the automation, medicine, printing machine, railway and other industries. Since 2003, UAB STEVILA has been working in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 quality management standard. The own stocks contain structural, free cutting and stainless steel, aluminium, bronze, plastics and titanium. Rather larger stocks of material ensure timely production of urgent orders. Most of the materials are delivered by certified sellers in Germany. The company also processes cast and forges products.
