BCT is producing precise milled and turned parts using CNC machinery. We are proud to have long-term cooperation with our customers, some of them for more than two decades, since the beginning of our company in 1995.

PRODUCTION
CNC milling and turning are the main machining processes in the company. More than 50 CNC machining centers are employed in our workshop of 3000 m2. We use modern German and Taiwanese (DMG Mori, Optimum, Doosan) CNC machines. Each year 10% of turnover is dedicated to investments for new equipment, so our machinery is always fresh.
20-500 pieces per batch are most optimal quantities for our workshop. Majority of parts are made of carbon steel, aluminum and titanium. Furthermore, we use stainless steel, copper alloys and various plastics in production.
Over 95% of our production is shipped to Western Europe. Half of our production is destined to customers in Germany and the rest to Switzerland, Sweden, Netherlands and Norway. Our parts are used in the machinery, medical and rehabilitation, energy, automotive equipment and other industries.
DIGITALIZATION
All our CNC machines are connected to digital network for online monitoring and instant problem-solving. This system allows us to have an online efficiency overview of all machines and precise performance indicators of our operators. Downtime in production is also visible instantly and enables our personnel to react immediately and determine areas to improve.
We use the Swedish production management system MONITOR for planning, execution and control of the company's activities. The entire process is controlled by this system from the receipt of client's inquiry to the dispatch of the part. The ERP system ensures quick planning, traceability of each action and online overview of each order. The data are stored for years and can be recalled at any time.
