We process predominantly machining steels, as well as various types of stainless steel and aluminium. Depending on the size and complexity of the production run, we produce workpieces on CNC multi-spindle and turning centres and long-part lathes. For the further machining of blanks and more complex workpieces, Rumpel utilises highperformance automatic thread rolling and rotary indexing machines, universal lathes, high-precision milling and turning centres, as well as centreless grinding machines. On request, we are able to produce individual parts and mount further components onto assemblies. The different kinds of turned screws we produce can be manufactured with standard metric or American / English threads, with fine-pitch threads or various thread pitches. Torx® and Torx Plus® Rumpel holds a licence to manufacture both of these copyright-protected drive systems. These drives are capable of delivering high levels of torque without damaging the screw head. They reduce assembly times, increase productivity and improve performance on assembly lines.     In 1982, Peter Sedlak, the CNC machining technology with an employee and three machines in Schwäbisch Hall. Were produced turned parts in small and medium-sized batches.     JOBO Spezial-Maschinen GmbH was founded in 2012 at the Vechta location. A manufacturing facility with an associated office building was built here in 2015. As a young company, JOBO would like to establish itself as a manufacturer of machines for the national and international market in the near future. Particular attention should be paid to the optimization of existing and the development of new concepts for machines for use in swamp or moorland areas. In addition, JOBO will deal with systems and equipment for the oil field industry, pipeline laying and controlled drilling technology. JOBO will work out the customer-specific special solutions that are often required here together with the respective customers. JOBO's range is supplemented by the areas of procurement and trading of equipment and devices from the above-mentioned segments on the international market. Laser cutting

Laser cutting, also called laser beam cutting, is divided into fusion cutting, flame cutting and sublimation cutting. These are thermal separation methods for processing plate-shaped and three-dimensional objects by using a laser. The most widespread is flame cutting, followed by fusion cutting. In the course of this thermal process, contours are cut out of a piece of sheet metal (e.g. structural steel) using a laser beam. The cutting of the material is contact-free which makes this method so special. The light waves of the laser beam get absorbed and converted into heat. The sheet heats up, melts and vaporizes or burns. The laser beam is CNC-controlled and separates the material along a kerf. Metal sheets made of structural steel, stainless steel or aluminum are the most commonly processed. The thickness of the material depends on the power of the laser. At present, 40 mm of structural steel, 50 mm of stainless steel and 25 mm of aluminum can be processed with a fibre laser. The maximum laser power of a conventional laser cutting machine made by Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic or another manufacturer is currently 8 KW.
