    “To modify parts withdrawn from mass production to customer-specific requirements in order to offer the company the opportunity to deliver customer-oriented goods. ” With this idea, Mike Weinbrenner founded the company MW-Industrieservice Präzisionsdrehen in 1996 in his local garage in Weitefeld. Due to a rapidly growing volume of orders, Weinbrenner changed its location in 2003 to its own production hall in Elkenroth. Here, the company also specialized in precision turning. “We produce small, small and large batches of precision parts and we support companies with manufacturing, manufacturing processes and assembly. ” Thanks to the optimal use of 7 to 10-axis controlled CNC lathes and a short turner with bar loading magazines and high-quality tools, we are able to produce parts made of stainless steel, free-cutting steel, brass, copper, aluminum, plastic and special materials. The turned parts are in the diameter range of 2 to 42 mm. Within this area, we also supply parts made of hexagonal and square material. The length of the turned part can be up to 900 mm. Through transverse processing, the workpieces can also be produced with desired thread types, cross holes, grooves and milling surfaces. On request, your turned parts can be laser marked or machined on our CNC engraving machine. The precision parts are separated from the coolant oil by the cleaning system so that the workpieces are delivered oil-free. Through the use of tooling devices and carefully thought-out production processes, our team is able to deliver quality and timely work. The quality is also checked on our optical measuring devices. 100% testing is possible upon customer request. Individual processing of the manufactured parts, such as grinding, galvanizing, chroming and hardening, is carried out by our experienced suppliers and can be delivered with a test report on request. Shortly after the foundation of Westerceller Maschinenbau GmbH in 1976, the construction of a turning shop started as a job shop. Well-known regional drilling companies and international companies from the oil and gas supply industry were quickly won over as customers. The slogan "turning-grooving" has become increasingly important since the mid-1980s and the number of employees has been increasing steadily since then. With an experienced and motivated team, the constantly growing demands that customers place on WMB are reliably met. With the purchase of adjoining commercial space and the construction of several new production and storage halls, the company was considerably expanded in the years 1999 to 2001. In 2011, the decision was also made to set up a professional quality management system.Quality management (QM) describes all organizational measures that serve to improve the process quality, the services and thus the product in any way. This was followed by the move of the administration to a new building, centrally located on the company premises, in 2013, as well as the expansion of the company infrastructure and quality control in the following year. With the help of these measures, the qualification as a Supplier Self Release (SSR) supplier for a well-known customer was achieved, which means that selected products can be shipped worldwide without further external controls. Westerceller Maschinenbau GmbH is constantly developing and is excited about the challenges of the future. From simple wrench flats, bores, chamfers or threads of all kinds through filigree frame parts to axisymmetric components with rotary tables mounted on machine tables - we can easily manufacture it for you. In addition to plastics and aluminum, we also process high-strength materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloys or Inconel.
