ZINC DIE-CASTING With zinc, extremely filigree or thin-walled, technically high-quality parts can be cast and a very high degree of accuracy is achieved. In addition, zinc die-casting guarantees high productivity even with small quantities and, thanks to its durability, is a very interesting economic process. At our location in Furtwangen, zinc die-cast parts with a part weight of up to 700 grams cast in die casting machines with a clamping force of 5 to 125 tons. With a maximum clamping area of 400 x 600 millimetres, we cast the alloy Z410. MIM - Metal Injection Moulding In series production, MIM opens up completely new technical possibilities - right up to highly complex geometries and always with optimised cost-effectiveness. Cross holes, internal and external threads, gear teeth and surface structures are easily integrated into the component by MIM. The process combines the freedom of plastic injection moulding with the properties of metals. At REINER, a selection of low-alloy and stainless steels is used here. PRECISION CUTTING with forming technology In the field of precision stamping and forming technology REINER offers a range of processes and technologies for high-precision stamped and bent parts. Fine punching, hydraulic bending processes, NC punching or NC bending are as much a part of this as laser cutting. ASSEMBLY SERVICES Thanks to our expertise and range of services as a specialist component manufacturer, we can also process complete assemblies, partially assembled assemblies, components, system assemblies and assembled individual components for you. A unique selling point of REINER in component assembly is the vertical range of manufacture, which starts with the sketch plan if required.     Gerdt CNC-Tchnique GmbH is operating for 20 years as a supplier for milling parts and mill-turn parts in the metal cutting industry. Here we are focused on processing all metallic, non-metallic and difficult to machine materials like titanium. Many years of cooperation with leading companies of the medical technique, have created valuable experiences in 5 axis maching of optically highly complex components like various plier handles, housings and endoscopy components, electrodes, monitors and jaw parts. This will also benefit our customers in the automotive interior industry for which we manufacture high quality gear selectors, using the latest HSC machining. The high productivity and efficiency advantages offered by HSC machining is currently not only in case of aluminum processing becoming increasingly popular. Thanks to modern drive technology, HSC milling is today also realized in dificult to machine materials like titanium. The production of medium and large batch sizes is accomplished through fully automated machining centers, using bar loaders and palletizing systems. With up to 11 CNC controlled axes and speeds > 20.000 1 / min it is also possible to machine 5-axis simultaneous as well as HSC cutting. Beeing innovative is important to us.     Using the most up-to-date equipment, we manufacture smaller and larger production runs, turned parts, shafts and special screws for the most varied clientele at home and abroad. We provide customer-specific laser marking, vibratory grinding and individual packaging with brand logos. And when it comes to more specialised jobs, we can depend on local, long-standing, reliable partners. We produce the required parts according to your specifications, using all current materials, in diameters ranging from 4 to 65 mm and with a maximum length of up to 600 mm. We process predominantly machining steels, as well as various types of stainless steel and aluminium. Depending on the size and complexity of the production run, we produce workpieces on CNC multi-spindle and turning centres and long-part lathes. For the further machining of blanks and more complex workpieces, Rumpel utilises highperformance automatic thread rolling and rotary indexing machines, universal lathes, high-precision milling and turning centres, as well as centreless grinding machines. On request, we are able to produce individual parts and mount further components onto assemblies. The different kinds of turned screws we produce can be manufactured with standard metric or American / English threads, with fine-pitch threads or various thread pitches. Torx® and Torx Plus® Rumpel holds a licence to manufacture both of these copyright-protected drive systems. These drives are capable of delivering high levels of torque without damaging the screw head. They reduce assembly times, increase productivity and improve performance on assembly lines.
