    Dear ladies and gentlemen, We are pleased to present our company to you. We offer the production of parts by machining. Our unique selling point is that all parts are manufactured using CAD/CAM programs. This completely eliminates the risk of programming errors and allows us to create parts with more complex geometry than machine programming. For smaller series (5-50 pieces), we can introduce new parts more efficiently, while for larger series (over 50 pieces), programming with CAD/CAM allows greater optimization (better tool paths result in faster processing and less tool wear). We offer complete processing, from material procurement and part manufacturing to surface treatments such as blackening, galvanizing, anodizing or painting. Our machine equipment includes a 5-axis milling machine, lathes with driven tools and part catchers, and a long machine with an X-axis of 6300mm. This allows us to carry out entire projects in one place without having to divide them up among several partner companies. A huge advantage for our current customers is that they have a supplier that is able to produce a large number of different parts. One of our customers, for example, has stored over 3,000 items with us and we introduce over 100 new parts for him every month. The main cost savings for our customers is that they do not own or need to expand their own machinery. Each CNC machine costs over PLN 500,000, plus tens of thousands of PLN for tools and equipment. However, the biggest challenge in machining is training employees who are able to insert complicated parts onto these machines. Our CAD/CAM software makes it much easier to produce new parts, which makes it possible to launch many new items in a short period of time. For parts that require a large amount of material to be removed, we use tools for rapid feeds and adaptive milling, which results in over 20% faster processing time.     Hans Breuckmann founded our company in July 1966. In his one-man operation, he manufactured permanent mould casting parts from brass and silicon tombac in self-built furnaces. He gathered extensive practical experience while working as operations manager in a leading medium-sized enterprise. We are now in our second generation under the leadership of Volker Breuckmann and work with 80 employees to achieve joint success. The traditional permanent mould casting process has been supplemented by pressure die casting technology for heavy metals. Our range is completed by in-house mould construction and toolmaking, CNC machining technology and HSC milling technology.     At our sites in Kornwestheim,and Mosbach we manufacture technical plastic injection molded parts both in large series with annual quantities of over 1 million pieces and small series with annual quantities of 1000 pieces. Efficient production lines always guarantee you the best price. The required injection molds are manufactured in our own mold shop or ordered from our network of German and Chinese mold makers. Metal parts to be overmolded are mostly purchased from our sister company located 30km away. Our customers therefore receive their plastic parts directly from one source. On modern plastic injection molding machines we produce plastic injection molded parts from all thermoplastic materials with a weight of less than one gram up to 3kg. As an injection molding specialist, we process almost all conceivable plastics for the production of technical plastic parts. A high degree of automation of our injection molding process allows us to produce molded parts in small, medium as well as large quantities within our injection molding shop. A large portion of the injection molding machines are equipped with robotic systems and material feed conveyors. Machinery: We use only high-quality ARBURG and DEMAG injection molding machines for the production of your plastic parts. In total, we have access to a capacity of more than 25 injection molding machines. Injection molded parts can be produced with a part weight of 0.1g to 3000g. Injection molding machines are available for this purpose at the Kornwestheim, and Mosbach locations with clamping forces of 20- to 1300-tons. Injection molding materials: We can process almost any plastic material ("molding compound") in our injection molding machines. All common raw materials, such as ABS, PA, PE, PP, PET, PMMA, PC, POM, PS, ASA, SAN, TPE (in various shore hardnesses) but also high-performance plastics such as PEEK, PVDF, PSU as well as bioplastics and WPC (wood-plastic compounds) with wood content of up to 70%. Of course, all individual colorings are possible as well as the equipment with various additives (UV resistance, antistatic, etc.), fillers (glass fiber or glass ball) and of course also in V0 equipment (fire protection and glow wire resistance).
