GTK-Prototype UG was founded in 2014 by Tobias Günther and initially dealt with rapid prototyping machines. Over the years, CNC milling and turning as well as assembly and development work were added due to customer requirements. GTK-Prototype develops and designs on behalf of customers as well as internally using the most modern CAD systems such as Solid Works, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360 and others and inserts them into a comprehensive CAM system. Through the production of prototypes in medical technology, mechanical engineering and the automotive sector, GTK-Prototype was able to acquire extensive experience in manufacturing. In 2018, the production option laser cutting was added. GTK-Prototype is currently based in Neuhausen near Tuttlingen and will move to the newly built company location in Radolfzell in the course of 2022.

We founded MPjetting in spring 2021 with the idea of offering and manufacturing 3D sand molds for the open market. We are particularly proud to be the first company in Austria to have our own 3D sand printer. We have found a suitable production site in the halls of a former leather factory. We started production here on November 1st, 2021. The advantages of 3D printing include the fast throughput time from data entry to the delivery of the components, the unlimited variety of geometries and the cost savings due to the classic model facilities that are not required. If you already have a need for printed sand molds and/or cores, we would be happy to hear from you. We would also be happy to send you samples so that you can get an idea of our quality. You can not only obtain sand molds and/or sand cores from us. Our main program is production of Al sand and permanent mould castings in a total weight of 850tons per year destined for mechanical, textile, building and automobile industry, art casting and equipment for towns and municipalities. Our mechanical work-shop provides full cutting of aluminium casts and other materials (brass, steel, plactic and others). History of our company Tradition of Kovolit Česká dates back to 1936 when we started with building and production of drink fittings and bell-casting. Bell-casting had been done by Mr Manousek by 1953. Afer that this production was moved to Zbraslav. The production of drink fittings was finished in 1990. Present situation Nowadays Kovolit Česká specializes in production of aluminium sandcasting and moulds. Our 50 years´ experience in this field represents profound knowledge that can be seen in quality and accuracy of our deliveries. Total annual production is roughly 900tons of Al moulds per year. The main customers are engineering, textile and construction companies. The weight of aluminium casts are from 0.10kg 400kg. Our foundry offers models, moulds, cores and a process of sand drying. The Fragokov – export, v. d. is industrial company in eatern part of Slovakia. We have three centres - Hydraulic centre, Toolmaking centre and Plastic moulding centre and these enable us to meet requirements of various customers. Hydraulics centre focuses on design and production of hydraulic systems and components for automotive and production of precise parts based on technical documentation of customers.
