Company Hiplex d.o.o. was established in1992 by Bojan Filipič. Before of founding of his own company, he worked with his father, who started with its own company at 1973. Main activity of our company is the production of technically highly demanding plastic products by injection moulding for well know customers and production of prototype and small series for occasionaly customers. We are producing for companies from electro (white technic, white goods), automotive, medicine and wooden industry. We are specialist for round product like fans , turbine for water pumps, etc. and we have special measuring equipment for this type of products. In year 2007 we moved our production to the new and modern production facilities in Gorenja Vas, where we by our 12 employeies produce our products on 13 up to date injection moulding machines (from 22 to 270 clamping force). At the end of year 2023 we had 29 injection moulding machines and 45 employees.

Nava Endüstri Ürünleri San. ve Tic. is a manufacturing company, which produces Zinc and Aluminium alloy pressure die castings. It has also facilities for tool making, where it makes its own die casting tools as well as plastic injection molding tools. Nava has also the capability to do secondary work on the die castings such as deburring, grinding,vibratory finishing, drilling, tapping. It also realizes the assembly of die castings with eachother or with other parts. The electroplating and powderpainting jobs are also performed with secondary suppliers under control of Nava.

We produce stampings, precision springs, and wire forms for the automotive, electronics, computer hardware and lighting industries, among other sectors. In the almost 300-year history of the company, our ancestors have experienced many ups and downs. Today we produce high-precision tools for die casting and injection moulds, measuring and testing gauges, but also small and medium series of compinents, which have partcular and challenging details. We are constantly working to keep our company fit for the future through innovation and further development at both the process and employee levels. That is why we work with an automated cell to which two HSC milling machines and a measuring and an EDM machine are connected. We also have various other technologies in-house, such as 5-axis machining centers, wire erosion machines and grinding machines.
