    Precision series production Our series production deals with companies in the electronic industry mainly.     Precision tools and components The division has a big branch of customers from different industries for whom it produces special-purpose tools as fastener for reversing plates, profile and forming tools and many more. The range of parts produced in this division is limited by diameters up to 250 x 250 mm and we use combinations of grinding, eroding, milling or turning in an optimal way to ensure good quality. Therefore we use 5-axis milling centers and the latest CAD / CAM Systems to guarantee repeatability and the high standard of quality.

    Tool sharpening With most modern 5-axis CNC grinding machines and with the help of graphical simulation programs we produce new tools as stepped drills, profile millers and special-purpose tools. Further we regrind or reproduce special and standard tools with original geometrical data so the tools are as capable as new once.

    Off course we also offer common and special coatings and we are able to supply kanban-systems, a stock at your place and supply you just in time.

Our drive elements made of plastics are manufactured exclusively by injection, optionally at special rework in machining processes. With our advanced injection molding machines and by ongoing investment in current technology, we are able, our products cost-effective and automated at the highest level to manufacture. The injection molding process allows us to produce both parts with high accuracy as well as mass-produced in a short time. The necessary tools for this are either already available or are prepared by Zipperle itself. We are a medium-sized company with 60 highly qualified young employees and have been successfully supplying the packaging industry for 30 years.
