    We are a company that makes light carpentry articles, but we think we will do them well having an experience of more than 60 years of activity in the sector. over the years we have increased the technology available to our customers to make their products and develop their projects. we are specialized in tube laser cutting with a co2 source and a fiber plant that will be operational from February 2019, with a range up to 300 mm diameter. we have a flat laser cutting to complete the part preparation details, which together with an automatic sawing machine and with manual saws and saws, allow us to better prepare the tubulars, which can then continue in the other stages of production. let's move on to the historical part of the company, and main specialization, which is tube bending. we have semi-automatic bending machines and numerically controlled bending machines able to bend tubes from 6 mm to 76 mm in diameter, with the possibility of bending square, rectangular and special sections and extruded aluminum sections, with the production of a few pieces or large quantities . we have bending machines, tube taperers, tube converters and eccentric presses from 10 to 120 tons for processing on return pipes and for molded parts, as well as work centers, drills, milling machines, riveting machines, inserting machines to prepare the tubulars by design. the final part is the welding, which we perform with mig / mag and tig welding machines with 2 robotised systems and with high technology manual machines to be able to weld stainless steel and aluminum in the best possible way. then we finish the products with the grinding and the packing, which allows not to ruin the executed products We then work with external companies to perform cleaning, painting, hot and cold galvanizing and we can do special work on customer requests. we work with the customer to set up the production of their products and industrialize the processing phases. we await your requests and your projects good job
