    Glatec is your reliable partner for manufacturing subassemblies from metal. Glatec collaborates with companies from the electronic, machine building, home appliance and furniture industries. Glatec is one of the leading producers of fittings for beds and kitchen appliances in Europe. Our production is set up for manufacturing components and subassemblies in order quantities from 5000 to 500’000 articles. This allows us to react promptly and flexibly to your requirements. We focus on processing sheet metal, varying in thickness from 1 to 5 mm, coils up to 400 mm wide. We operate three automatic feed presses with a pressure range from 630 to 2500 kN. For separate operations, presses varying from 100 to 2500 kN in force are available. Stamping, bending and progressive dies are designed and produced in our own tool making shop. We also produce our automation solutions inhouse. For quality assurance 3D measuring equipment is available in-house. All CNC controls are linked into the company network. Programming of the machines is done with NX CAM Express.

    Hans Breuckmann founded our company in July 1966. In his one-man operation, he manufactured permanent mould casting parts from brass and silicon tombac in self-built furnaces. He gathered extensive practical experience while working as operations manager in a leading medium-sized enterprise. We are now in our second generation under the leadership of Volker Breuckmann and work with 80 employees to achieve joint success. The traditional permanent mould casting process has been supplemented by pressure die casting technology for heavy metals. Our range is completed by in-house mould construction and toolmaking, CNC machining technology and HSC milling technology. We are able to cover a complete work cycle with all required production steps, from designing a cast to mechanical processing. This provides us with direct access to all departments, which guarantees high quality and flexibility. The die is already cast for the future of our traditional company. Following his apprenticeship, Michael Breuckmann will join the company and follow in the footsteps of his grandfather and father, thus bringing the company into its third generation.

    DS-Technic designs, builds, programs and commissions workstations and production lines. We also offer modification, modernization and service of existing machines and implementation of new types of products on existing lines.     JOBO Spezial-Maschinen GmbH was founded in 2012 at the Vechta location. A manufacturing facility with an associated office building was built here in 2015. As a young company, JOBO would like to establish itself as a manufacturer of machines for the national and international market in the near future. Particular attention should be paid to the optimization of existing and the development of new concepts for machines for use in swamp or moorland areas. In addition, JOBO will deal with systems and equipment for the oil field industry, pipeline laying and controlled drilling technology. JOBO will work out the customer-specific special solutions that are often required here together with the respective customers. JOBO's range is supplemented by the areas of procurement and trading of equipment and devices from the above-mentioned segments on the international market. JOBO employees with the necessary experience in the respective specialist areas are available to implement all of these tasks and goals.
