Capacity of 5 axis CNC milling predominantly used for manufacturing of components for measuring jigs, prototype car lights, car body parts, interior components for motor vehicles (door systems, plastic components, instrument panel, ...) and last but not least, assembly jigs for AIRBUS Also in production we have CNC 4axis milling, CNC 3axis milling centers with direct measurement, which help us achieve high dimensional accuracy of our products +/- 0.006 mm and quality surface components and shaped surfaces. MEASURING AND ASSEMBLY JIGS In this area we provide services for customers from 3D design up to manufacturing of finished products. All the information required for the project we are dealing with in-house so we can offer flexibility throughout the process of developing and manufacturing products. AUTOMATIC AND SEMI-AUTOMATIC STATIONS Another area in which to fully realize the development and manufacturing of automatic and semi-automatic stations. We offer complete services necessary for the design of 3D design, electro-mechanisms to the actual production and testing in-house.
