Every time you use Techpilot, your internet address (IP address) is recognised by our web server. During registration, Techpilot asks you for certain information (e.g., name, telephone number, email address, etc.). You can have your information deleted from the Techpilot database at any time by writing or eMailing, if you do not want to receive information from Techpilot in written form or via eMail. You can also unregister from Techpilot. Your data is deleted in that case. Your can always change the data provided by logging on to Techpilot ("Company Profile" and "User Settings"). In order to securely store user and usage data and to protect it from unauthorized access, Techpilot applies the most advanced security standards. These include encryption technologies, firewalls and password protection.

Techpilot uses session cookies - these are small files received by your browser and stored on your computer for the duration of your session in order to support navigation through the pages on our platform. Session Cookies are not used to obtain personal information on your usage profile. If you use the "comfort login" in order to be logged in automatically, another cookie is permanently stored on your computer. The "comfort login" cookie is deleted if you deactivate this personal preference.
