Arcobaleno Srl is a sheet metal proceeding company that works carbon steel up to 25 mm, stainless steel and aluminium up to 20 mm, brass up to 8 mm and copper up to 6 mm.
It has a laser cutting department: 1 mitsubishi fiber ml3015ex-f80 8000w, 1 mitsubishi fiber ml3015gx 8000w and 1 trumpf fiber bright line 5040 8000w. Working range 1500x3000 and 2000x4000.
It is equipped with combined laser punching machines: 2 finn power lpe5 with automatic loading and unloading
It has a combined shear punching machine and an Amada Aries punching machine.
It has an automated bending department: 2 Ras multibend bending machines with automatic loading and unloading system, 1 RAs XLT Bend and 2 Amada robotic bending cells.
It has a manual bending service with 35 press brakes with a maximum reach of 4000 mm.
It is equipped with the tig, Mig welding machine and electric punching.
it supplies the assembled material, the assembly of inserts, rivets, studs, bushings and pins.
it can supply painted, galvanized, screen-printed or with different finishes
