Company description
Our company manufactures CNC precision turned parts from diameter 1.0-38mm. In only the most modern CNC lathes, we produce high quality turned parts (CNC lathe parts, short turned parts, precision turned parts, turned parts) from all machinable materials (eg steel, brass, aluminum, copper, bronze, nickel silver, VA / stainless steel).
Furthermore, we manufacture CNC Milling (3-axis and 5-axis) at different processing centers such as DMG DMU 50eco. Here we are also equipped with a vacuum clamping system which allows us to optimally manufacture thin-walled plate parts. Our parts and assemblies applied worldwide in the automotive industry, lighting industry, mechanical engineering as well as in the model sports.
Installation work of assemblies also be performed by us.
Through cooperation with selected partner companies, we can deliver our parts well remunerated and with numerous surface coatings. Your parts are manufactured according to drawings, CAD / CAM or pattern.
