Company description
QP Zrt, Qualitative Production Zrt., Győr, Hungary

Our company, the Qualitative Production Zrt., Started operations in Győr in 1993, one of the most developed regions of Hungary's economic, logistical and technical aspects.
Our company currently operates on three sites, about 12,000 m2. Our activity is closely related to the automotive and automotive industry. Our partners include almost all of the most important carmakers in the region. (Among our customers, we can know the key players in the automotive and automotive industry.)
At QP's central site, we specialize in manufacturing and designing special-purpose machines, equipment, and parts, ranging from medium to large size ranges. This activity is carried out in two production halls on a total of three thousand square meters on conventional and CNC machines. The products are made on the basis of the design documentation provided by our partners or our own design. The strength of our company is the design and manufacture of clamping devices and manufacturing aids as well as the manufacture of tools and tool components.
In 2014, we opened our second site where pre-machining of various cylinder heads is performed, typically using a lot of human resources. We are working on a continuous shifts in the 2000,000 square meter production area and 500 square meters of the Serial business. Our plant now extends more than a million pieces per year, but this capacity can be expanded on demand. Located in this production area, the 18th world class and state-of-the-art machining center, automatic washing machine and measuring machine are located.
In 2018, the company's third, 6,000-m2 air-conditioned production hall was started, where automation is the key. Replacing manual loading according to the requirements of Robotics, Industry 4.0 and ISO14001 environmental certification, online production management, central chips and cooling water treatment, automated component washing and state-of-the-art control systems help you to work.
We are at the service of our partners with various services. Such as special heat and surface treatment, the purchase of iron, aluminum, plastic, colored metal raw materials, the purchase of prefabricated, welded or forged items, machine chipping, commissioning and maintenance of equipment, and testing and complex measurement tasks performing.
We have more than 15 years of experience in 24 hour service. For our contracted partners we are available non-stop, we can immediately replace the parts that are defective on the production line.
Our company has been operating ISO quality assurance since 2002 (ISO 9001: 2008), and in 2014 we have also obtained the highest certification of international automotive quality management system (ISO / TS16949).
At QP Zrt, we employ nearly 250 people, ensuring the family's livelihood. Our staff are highly trained and motivated professionals. Our company contributes significantly to the innovative economy of Győr.
We put great emphasis on environmental protection, while keeping the strictest specifications in production. It is important for us to be socially involved, therefore we support local cultural life and through our foundation the most successful students of one of the schools in Győr.
Among our plans is our company to become a first-tier (label: TIER1) automotive supplier. Our future goals are based on quality professional service besides business confidence.
