Company description

Business

AFK is your partner when it comes to Präszisions injection molded parts or completed solutions for thermoplastic applications. Our specialists realize the planning and design, tooling, fabrication and assembly for you. The packaging and shipping logistics round off our service to you. We would be happy to give you a no-obligation consultation.

By working with AFK you will benefit from the reduction of costs in the production process.

AFK plastic processing plant, designed and implemented everything according to your wishes. We look after you from tool manufacturing up to module assembly. Rounding out the performance of the AFK plastic processing product packaging and shipping logistics.

Regular TÜV tests, customer audits and the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 continuously ensure the highest quality, safety and hygiene.

Multi-component injection molding

A particular strength of AFK is merging several different materials in a work process.

Multi-component injection parts

* Are versatile

* Meet according to their areas of application special demands on function, feel and design

* Offer the possibility of the resultant composites either unsolvable or to make movement in opposite directions

We construct a suitable solution for every application.

Injection of all thermoplastics

Thanks to efficient automation, it is possible to produce AFK plastic moldings from virtually all colors, shapes and sizes. Within one working cycle parts can even be made with complex geometry. A post-processing is not usually necessary.

Tool design

Supported by the latest CAD / CAM systems, the AFK team realizes for them the planning and construction of the necessary tools for your product. After the design phase of the affiliated tooling implements the professional preparation of the tools.

Manufacturing & Assembly of components

Take also the assembly of components in the home AFK. We add a wide variety of individual components together according to the customer's specifications for the boards and complex systems.

Ultrasonic welding

Through our ultrasonic welding process, we enable the connection of various customer products. In order to achieve a good sound energy conversion in the joining zone in component structures, AFK is a special seam geometries in the joint zone. These special seam geometries ensure tightness and durability.

Quality assurance

The latest measurement technology and continuous tests ensure the consistent quality of all customer products. The non-contact coordinate with high resolution video projection allows accurate analyzes.

Distribution logistics and shipping

The molded parts produced on behalf of customers are on request - delivered directly to the consumer - in original packaging.Delivery routes are thereby extremely shortened. This saves precious time in the production cycle.
