Development
Your Drop forged arise in our construction. From your drawings, samples, CAD data or technical ideas we develop component solutions. As a first step, we design 3-D data as a building block. On request it is possible to produce 3-D models to scale.
Toolmaking
If all data are optimized from the development, all necessary forming tools on modern HSC milling machines are created in our own tool. The dies, trimming and calibration tools are renewed by this technique any time. Possible changes may be made immediately.
Forging
On most modern hydraulic forging hammers with electric heating, we process all standard steels alloys, stainless and heat resistant steels and non-ferrous metals according to the individual requirements of our customers. Our strengths lie in the production of complex forgings in the weight range up to 50 kg.
Characterize
