Since Mr. Siegfried Müller founded the company in February 1948, we now move on already in its second generation with the production of zinc die-cast products and the construction of the required pressure casting molds.
To this end, we have a modern mold design, which offers us the opportunity to your CAD drawings into our CAD system Pro / ENGENEER, zuverarbeiten. Your tools are then produced on computer controlled machine tools.
Of course we are also in an advisory capacity in order to optimize your ideas.
In our foundry we have 10 die casting machines makes the Naughty and the latest generation URPE available with clamping forces ranging from 20 t to 200 t. With them, our well-trained employees produce parts with unit weights of 1 g to 3 kg.
The type of further processing of products such as drilling, tapping or forms, milling, CNC process, pressing, tumbling and radiation, we carry in our department working with an extensive range of machinery.
Then get well over half of the die casting products produced in us a high finish - from simple galvanizing on chrome plating, matt or gloss, powder coating, painting or gilding.
