Edelmann Feinwerktechnik — an owner-managed medium-sized company from the Bavarian Forest, which is active in the fields of machining manufacturing, 3D printing and additive manufacturing.

Our manufacturing portfolio comprises the following points:

• CNC milling up to a travel range of X 762 mm Y 406 mm Z 508 mm
Quantity from 1 to mass production through automation with a UR10e cobot (workpiece weight max. 10 kg for automated processing)

• Surface grinding 300 x 500 x 450 mm up to a tolerance of +-0.005 mm

• Coordinate measuring machine measuring range 600 x 400 x 450 mm; accuracy MPE=3+L/300

• Band sawing (with automatic material feed) Bar material cutting up to a cross section of 300 x 300 mm or Ø 300 mm

• CNC plasma cutting steel/stainless steel up to a thickness of 25 mm (quality cut) or 32 mm (cut) up to a component size of 660 x 380 mm

• MIG, MAG, WIG, E-hand welding

• Additive manufacturing: FDM 3D printing in all materials commonly used for this printing process (PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, etc.) up to 400 x 400 mm including post-processing and melting of thread inserts

• Assembly of components

• Design and CAM programming of individual components up to complete assemblies (Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Fusion 360)
