Company description
As a medium-sized company, we produce plastic parts mainly for the electrical and automotive industries, as well as medical technology.
The EHS Plastics Processing GmbH is partner of major companies in these sectors.

The main focus is on tooling and processing of thermoplastics. We have all the technical facilities to manage your projects holistically can. Customer orientation is always at the forefront and has contributed to the success of the company.

- Tool
With the acquisition of competent EGEN mold in Lüdenscheid on 01.07.2010 in the Dietrich Group, we implement complex customer requirements from prototype to series production from a single source for the external tool needs. 01.12.2011 For the EGEN mold has taken over the employees and the fixed assets of the Wiesner GmbH toolmaking capacity expansion. With modern machinery and currently 25 employees, we have specialized in precision molds for technical products with highest quality standards.

- Processing thermoplastics
Our production line consists of 34 Arburg injection molding machines with a production area of ​​15-200 tons. Closing force. It produces the article of 0.01 g to 300 g in 1K and 2K technology, as well as all-electric machines, monitored by an MDE / BDE system. Metallteilumspritzung, hot foil stamping, clean room manufacturing and assembly are also part of production competence.

- Quality
To ensure a permanently high level of quality of all manufacturing steps, our company meets the following requirements: DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2009-11.
Using the latest line of software, supported by 3D measurement technology, supports and monitors our production in what they do. So we place the highest demands of our customers.
