Wing GmbH

a medium-sized family business in the heart of Saxony, on a regional basis, at home in the world of construction: the steel and metal over the surface coating through to CNC controlled laser cutting and tube bending.

The wings GmbH is a family business with over 150 years of tradition in metal processing, on the safe base successfully developed structures and years of experience, personally and individually in the care for smaller projects, powerful in the implementation of major projects. The company is based in Oschatz, in the center of the region between Dresden, Leipzig and Chemnitz, offers ideal conditions for the production and manufacture. The nearby access to the BAB 14 could guarantee affordable Directions for customers and suppliers.
The wings GmbH offers comprehensive services. The range of structural steel manufactures, supplies and installs steel structures such as steel buildings and structures, steel bridges, stairways and special designs for the commercial and private sectors.In the field of metal we focus on railing for indoor and outdoor use, screen walls, noise barriers and shock protection systems, of course, also in combination with glass, plastic or wood.
With the company's own powder coating facility, the produced components are coated in the company. Of course we offer powder coating as a service. The performance of different coating needs, with short processing and delivery deadlines are our trademarks. The coating of components up to 7500 mm in length and weighing up to 1 ton is possible.
For own production, but of course also in wage performance, we cut with a modern Bystronic laser cutting machine components with a maximum length of 6500 mm and a width of up to 2500 mm. Can be cut are sheet metal thickness up to 25 mm.
Indispensable for the railing manufacturing is our modern CNC pipe bending machine. Customer requirements can be quickly and individually satisfied.Tubes 5-76 mm in diameter and a total length of 6000 mm can be bent.
The wings GmbH has its own design department. We are thus able to realize individual customer wishes to turn ideas and concepts into concrete production plans and customers comprehensive consulting services. Our own engineering allows short processing times and optimal preparation for assembly.
