Company description
FM Systems is a member of the Rieter Group and thus has access to the appropriate resources.

Our house is equipped with most modern machinery CNC turning and milling technology - including combined CNC machining centers, up to 7 axes for small and medium batch production. For individual parts, prototypes and small series we also make use of the existing conventional machinery.

We have 175 skilled workers available.

We manufacture turned parts in a diameter range of 15 mm - 500 mm (from the rod diameter up to 80 mm) and in lengths up to 1000 mm (automatic straightening up to 2500 mm).

We manufacture milled parts up to 600 mm in each axis with very high requirements in terms of location accuracy and angularity.

Another main focus is in custom installation of complex assemblies, systems, and mostly all machines. We assemble on 12,000 m² completely crane systems including the necessary modern warehouse logistics (computer-controlled high-bay warehouse).

We work on almost any material, such as:

Steel (tool steel, free cutting steel), stainless steel (V2A, V4A), aluminum, brass,
Copper, plastics (eg POM), cast (Machining of Castings of above materials)

Product range:

High-speed shafts, plates and bushes with very high standards of concentricity and surface finish for rotor spinning machines and their drafting systems.

Rolls with high demands on surface quality and special shapes (spline / corrugating rolls up to a length of 600 mm)

Transmission parts with high demands in the area of ​​operating characteristics

Our scope also includes the most common method of heat and surface treatment such as nitriding, bronzing, chrome plating - best partners assume services such as case hardening, Nitrocarburizing, etc.

Quality assurance: under a specific Qualtitätsabteilung with advanced 3D measurement machines including contour check and Rautiefemessungen up to initial sample inspection reports and certifications.
