Company description

Gronbach has been developing and producing components and complex assemblies on a production area of over 20,000 m2 with 290 employees since 1964 and has also specialised in the processing of stainless steel and aluminium, surface finishing and plastic injection moulding. In addition, a separate department is dedicated to the development of new surface technologies, manufacturing and assembly processes.

The core competencies of the Wasserburg site are in the following areas:

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES AND PROCESSES

In the area of production technologies, we have specialized primarily in the surface refinement of stainless steel and aluminum, the production of functional and visible components as well as plastic injection molding and adhesive technology. These technologies form the basis of our equipment technology, but are also offered by us as individual services.

We are constantly expanding and renewing our portfolio with new combinations of technologies and materials, e.g. in the art of back-moulding metals such as aluminium and stainless steel with different plastics, in order to be able to offer our customers high-quality and cost-optimised manufacturing processes.
