Company description
Gunes Makine was founded on 1981 in Karaköy/Istanbul.
Today, it services to his customers on total 2500m² closed area in his own facilities.
Throughout, Gunes Makine provides manufacturing of OEM and spare parts for his different expertised customers as producing machined, stamped parts and progressive mold production
Our firm totally provides professional services to his customers. To provide it, is used latest technological equipments and experienced staff that are 20 employees in both working area.
Far more, 2 of these Engineers, and 2 Mechanical and Quality Technician are working.
In machining department, we can work from 2mm up to 320mm (0.2mm in holes). In stamping province, we mostly working from 0.10mm to 5mm.
Annually, we are using 150 ton steel in machining, 350 ton sheet steel, approximately.
We have giving services under ISO 9001 Quality Management from 2007.
•Also we have ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications to maximise our production efficiency.
•We provide fast and quality services to fulfill our customers expectations
