The Hornung GmbH is your system supplier for the manufacture of individual parts and ready for assembly or complete assemblies. In the area of ​​CNC turning parts we edit from 3-275 mm diameter and a length up to 700 mm. The latest turning and milling technologies in machines with up to 8 CNC axes enable high-precision 6-sided complete machining of complex workpieces.

With our CNC milling machines and machining centers we finished workpieces up to a size of 1000 x 600 x 600 mm.The fully automated manufacturing parts in one setup guarantee you a cost-effective manufacturing of excellent quality.
A rigorous quality assurance checks and controls the workpieces and equipment. Our equipment includes an air-conditioned micro-inspection room, a 3-D CNC coordinate measuring machine, a 2-D CNC profile projector and of course a surface roughness meter.

Furthermore, we have a PER-cleaning system Dürr Universal 81 S Ecoclean for degreasing and cleaning of metal and plastic parts with high-performance ultrasound device.

By optimum control of the manufacturing processes to short delivery times result. Our just-in-time deliveries are supported by the most modern communication and production software. Kanban and quantity contracts with our customers and working with our many years of logistics partners guarantee punctual deliveries.

In our business Druckgastechnik we develop and manufacture valves for technical gases and high purity gases.We deliver for gas technology fittings such as: central gas supply systems for oxygen, inert gases and flammable gases.
Our product range includes, inter alia, cylinder pressure reducer, pipe reducer, Domdruckminderer, gas outlets, Precision pressure regulator, high pressure regulator, high pressure filter and Pure gas.
Series appliances - in a variety of versions - and special devices are designed and produced according to your individual requirements.
