Company description

MARIK Enterprise is a company located in Ferrara near the Motorway A13 in two warehouses, covering a total area of 4000 square meters.

19 employees working in factories cleverly divided into several working departments. The division into departments of production has been formed over the years to consolidate the business objective to provide finished parts complete with all the processing steps that is ready for assembly.

This choice, or to specialize in providing complete and not on a single processing stage, was originally a necessity, due to the very poor fabric of the area, but over the years has become the distinctive feature and raised in Marik compared to the competition because it allows to reduce costs, the lead time and to improve the service and the final product. This also means that, although working under contract, the company is not a simple sub-supplier, but a major partner for those companies wishing to use more energy into marketing their product without having to worry about the appearance of production.

The main product that realizes the Enterprise Marik is the steel shaft in all its variants: worms, sprockets, from trees to trees from electric motor pumps, keyed to the shafts by pins to ball screws. In recent years, then grew the experience in the construction of gears (gears) of modules especially important.

The production is aimed primarily at small and medium size series of medium-heavy, but is perfectly capable of absorbing the large number being technologically advanced and automated well.

Finally, the technical office established in 2006 to study the orders at the order constituting the cycle, and better support the customer during the development of prototypes or propose solutions for improvement in case of production standards.

To ensure its products, Marik, has within it a standard room with CNC measuring machines that allow them to certify its product based on customer specifications.

In three words Marik is TECHNOLOGY EXPERTISE AND SERVICE.
